Arduino Flame Detection Sensor Module

This Infrared Arduino Flame Sensor Module can detect flame from light source.

Module features:

• 1. It can detect flames or light sources with wavelengths in the range of 760 nanometers to 1100 nanometers. The lighter test flame distance is 80cm. The larger the flame, the farther the test distance
• 2. The detection angle is about 60 degrees, which is particularly sensitive to the flame spectrum
• 3. Adjustable sensitivity (adjusted by blue digital potentiometer in the picture)
• 4. Comparator output, clean signal, good waveform, strong driving ability, more than 15mA
• 5. Equipped with adjustable precision potentiometer to adjust sensitivity
• 6. Working voltage 3.3V-5V
• 7. Output form: DO digital switch output (0 and 1) and AO analog voltage output
• 8. With fixed bolt holes for easy installation
• 9. Small board PCB size: 3.2cm x 1.4cm
• 10. Use wide voltage LM393 comparator

instructions:

1. The flame sensor is the most sensitive to flame, and it is also responsive to ordinary light. It is generally used for flame alarm and other purposes.

2. The output interface of the small board can be directly connected to the IO port of the single-chip microcomputer

3. Keep a certain distance between the sensor and the flame to avoid damage to the sensor due to high temperature. The flame distance for the lighter is 80cm. The larger the flame, the farther the test distance.
