How Are We Shipping?
All products shipped with sealed in a box and packaged carefully. Before shipment, we test all electronics and control the mechanics of all the goods. So you will never be disappointed when you open our resistore.com shipment box.
We have 2 Shipment Options:
- Registered Air Mail (3-5 Weeks)
- Express Shipment (3-5 Days)
Please consider shipment options. If your order is time sensitive, please choose Express shipment method. It can have a little higher price, but it comes very fast and trackable shipment option.
On the other hand Registered air mail is semi trackable. And arriving time can take 3-5 Weeks. (Shipments leave our country very fast in 2 days but wait longer for transit times) But sure, it is cheaper and lots of customer’s favorite.
Dispatch Information
All products in our stock are shipped within 1-2 days. We have warehouses for our stocks in Romania, Türkiye and China. Delivery time varies depending on warehouse location and you can see the delivery time during your order.
Shipping Cost
A Shipping estimate will be shown in your cart as you add items. You may have to change your country and enter your postal/Zip code on the shopping cart page for an accurate estimate.
What is your return policy?
You may return a product for refund or exchange (if due to our error) within 30 days of the order shipment date. (The order shipment date and order notification are provided to you by email). All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (order number).
If We shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged
No problem. We are human too, and sometimes problems can be happen (Very very rarely) Just contact us within 30 days of the item’s original shipping date to arrange for the return of your purchase. Send us photo of wrong product. And we will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, software, etc., where applicable.
