IRFP250N - 200V 30A Mosfet TO-247

The IRFP250N is a fast switching, high voltage N-Channel MOSFET with low on-state resistance. This MOSFET can handle a maximum drain-source voltage of 200V. When triggered with a gate voltage of 10V, it will discharge its source resistance to 0.075Ω.
