TERMS
The general terms and conditions of sale will apply to all sales of goods and services by Etyra Technology SRL through the virtual store https://www.resistore.com to the Buyer and can be modified only with the express written consent of both parties. This content was made in accordance with the following government regulations regarding electronic commerce (e-commerce).

In this document, the following defined terms will be used:
Buyer: the person, firm, company or other legal entity that issues an Order.
Seller: ETYRA TECHNOLOGY S.R.L., with headquarters in Bucharest, sector 5, BULGARUS Street, No. 65, GROUND FLOOR, OFFICE 2, trade register J40/19995/24.10.2023, CUI RO 48993685.
Goods: any turnkey project, equipment, material and/or part thereof or service, including the documents and services mentioned in the Order or otherwise related to them to be provided by the Seller to the Buyer.
Order: an electronic document that acts as a form of communication between the Seller and the Buyer through which the Seller agrees to deliver the Goods and Services and the Buyer agrees to receive these Goods and Services and to make payment for them.
Intellectual property rights (hereafter IPR): all intangible rights such as know-how, copyright and copyright, database rights, design rights, model rights, patents, trademarks and domain name registrations for any of the above.
Specifications: all the specifications and/or descriptions of the Goods and Services as specified in the order.
Content
All information on the Site that can be visited, viewed or otherwise accessed by using an electronic device;
The content of any e-mail sent to Buyers by the Seller by electronic means and/or any other means of communication available;
Any information communicated by any means by an employee/collaborator of the Seller, the Buyer, according to the contact information, specified or not by him;
Information related to the Goods and/or Services and/or the rates charged by the Seller in a certain period;
Information related to the Goods and/or Services and/or rates charged by a third party with whom the Seller has concluded partnership contracts, during a certain period; data relating to the Seller, or other privileged data thereof.
CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENTS
By placing an electronic or telephone order on the website https://www.resistore.com, the Buyer agrees to the form of communication (telephone or e-mail) through which the Seller conducts its operations. The order will be composed of the following documents, in order of importance:
Order (together with clear mentions of delivery and invoicing dates)
Buyer's Specifications (where applicable)
ASSIGNMENT AND SUBCONTRACTING
The Seller may assign and/or subcontract to a third party for Services related to the fulfillment of the Order, with the Buyer's information, without his consent being necessary. The Seller will always be responsible to the Buyer for all contractual obligations.
COMMAND
The minimum order is 20 RON. All prices displayed on the website are in RON and include VAT. Prices shown do not include shipping charges. These taxes will be listed separately on the tax invoice.
The tax invoice is issued according to the legislation in force in Romania and is sent by email together with the ordered products to the delivery address. On request, the invoice can also be provided in physical format. Orders placed on working days, until 2:00 p.m., Romanian time, are shipped in no more than 2 working days if the products appear on the website marked with shipping in 24 hours.
According to the laws in force, the order placed on this website is considered a contract between the user and Etyra Technology SRL and must be executed by both parties. This means that Etyra Technology SRL undertakes to deliver the products and services ordered, and the user undertakes to pay the value of the order.
To place an order, it is necessary to accept the terms and conditions. You cannot complete an order without checking the box to accept these terms.
We reserve the right to change the prices displayed on the website when we deem it necessary. If products with 0 price or ridiculous prices appear on the site following import of offers, the customers who ordered those products will be notified that their order will be changed or canceled, as the case may be. The basis is "Art 1665 The fictitious price and the ridiculous price" of the Civil Code.
Etyra Techology SRL uses the services of other companies, for example for transport, payment, etc.
