TP4056 Micro Usb Protected Lithium Lipo Battery Charging Module

This module is made with TP4056 lipo charging chip. It can charge 1-cell lithium batteries or charge parallel connected batteries. TP4056 can do precise charging with simple circuit structure, good protection feature. This module has a fully automatic charging mechanism. It is made of smd materials.

The module is capable of self-regulation current. It has the possibility to charge between 100mA and 1000mA. Charging current is set as 1A. If you want, you can change the current value with resistance change.

The module receives the supply voltage from the supply input pads on the usb or card. Test current can be measured by the input. Charging current should be 0.37 of the battery capacity. It is suitable to charge a 1A battery with 0.4A. Charging with high currents in a shorter time may damage the battery.

The wires to be used in the supply and battery connections must be of good quality. Poor quality cables will affect the charging current due to the resistance it will show.

The red led indicator works during charging. When the charge is over, the green indicator led lights up and it is understood that the charge is over.

Charging voltage should not be above 5V. Supply voltage above 5V will cause heat. This causes the charging current to decrease. 60 degree integrated temperature is normal.


The charge should disconnect the load OUT terminal on the positive and negative can not be wrong, please according to specifications, otherwise it will damage directly.
